混合MMC子模块电容电压波动耦合抑制策略Coupling Suppression Strategy of Capacitor Voltage Fluctuation in Hybrid MMC

摘要(Abstract):
降低模块化多电平换流器(Multilevel Modular Converter,MMC)中子模块电容电压纹波幅值,能够降低电容器容值、体积设计要求从而降低经济成本,具有一定的工程研究意义。混合MMC由半桥以及全桥子模块构成,因其具备直流故障无闭锁穿越能力,已成为当前的研究热点。首先建立二倍频环流和三倍频电压混合注入的MMC数学模型,给出二倍频环流和三倍频电压注入约束范围。在此基础上,通过分析桥臂瞬时功率基频、二倍频波动分量的通用抑制策略,进一步给出了基频和二倍频波动分量同时抑制的理论最优解。由于注入量的限制,不同工况下的解状态不同,因此提出基于工况判断的子模块电容电压波动分区抑制方法,注入量的最优选取不受限于具体调制比。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建双端混合MMC模型,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性和所提优化方法的有效性。
